Many times you loose customers when your website it’s not functional. Websites have many functions and can be used in various fashions; a website can be a personal website, a commercial website, a government website or a nonprofit organization website. Websites can be the work of an individual, a business or other organization, and are typically dedicated to a particular topic or purpose. Any website can contain a hyperlink to any other website, so the distinction between individual sites, as perceived by the user, can be blurred.

This service relates to customers that have errors on their website, such as Syntax Errors, SQL errors, PHP errors, Checkout Errors, etc. Don’t matter what the issue is there’s always a way and nothing is impossible. In everyday life when your web business is having errors that stops your customers to purchase any of your products, this can cost you a lot, but once it’s fixed everything can go back to normal.

This service relates to customers that have a functional website but their plugins or modules have limited functionality. Since the commercialization of the web, web development has been a growing industry. The growth of this industry is being pushed especially by businesses wishing to sell products and services to online customers.

Examples of dramatic transformation in communication and commerce led by web development include e-commerce. Online auction-sites such as eBay have changed the way consumers find and purchase goods and services. Online retailers such as Amazon.com and Buy.com (among many others) have transformed the shopping and bargain-hunting experience for many consumers.

Custom Development should follow as such: Interviews with the clients, Mails and supporting docs by the client, Discussions Notes, Online chat, recorded telephone conversations, Model sites/applications etc.,

Output: 1. Work plan, 2. Cost involved, 3. Team requirements, 4. Hardware-software requirements, 5. Supporting documents and 6. the approval.

Larger projects will require further levels of consultation to assess additional business and technical requirements. After reviewing and approving the preliminary document, a written proposal is prepared, outlining the scope of the project including responsibilities, timelines and costs.

Output: Complete requirement specifications to the individuals and the customer/customer’s representative.

This service relates to customers that have a functional website but the design is not quite right. I can help you design a professional logo, header, slideshows, backgrounds, layout, navigation, convert to mobile, color corrections, etc.

Implementation – introducing the designed solution into the environment
Evaluation and conclusion – summary of process and results, including constructive criticism and suggestions for future improvements

Redesign – any or all stages in the design process repeated (with corrections made) at any time before, during, or after production.
